In the field of asset-backed securitization, Miss Guo has extensive project experience and is well-versed in various underlying asset types and product structures, including consumer finance, supply chains, real estate, infrastructure, accounts receivable, and trust beneficiary rights. In the REITs sector, she has participated in the first batch and subsequent C-REITs projects, accumulating rich experience in REITs, pre-REITs, and infrastructure ABS, she is also familiar with multiple asset types such as logistics warehouses, industrial parks, affordable housing, and tunnels.
