Before joining Chance Bridge, Mr. He accumulated over two decades of experience in the Investment Banking sector, having held positions at Everbright Securities, Xiangcai Securities, Minsheng Securities, and China Galaxy Securities. He served as the head of the Investment Banking Yangtze River Delta Region Department, and the head of Investment Banking Information Technology Industry Department at China Galaxy Securities for many years. He completed numerous Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on equity offerings, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals for both listed and unlisted companies. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, such as information technology, new energy, and high-end manufacturing, where he has delivered extensive and strategic advisory services.

He studied at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Renmin University of China successively, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree.
