Huting Li is a partner of the Competition and Anti-monopoly Department of Chance Bridge Law Firm and specializes in antitrust law and general corporate affairs. In the antitrust law area, Huting has extensive experiences in acting for clients in merger control filing in relation to industries of automotive, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, aviation, consumer goods and finance, etc. She also advises clients in antitrust investigation, antitrust compliance and internal investigation. In the general corporate affairs area, Huting advises client in corporate governance and daily compliance.
Prior to joining Chance Bridge, she practices at law firms for many years and also worked at the legal department in China of a leading international corporation.
