Yongning Fang holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of International Economic Law degree from the University of International Business and Economics. Prior to joining Chance Bridge, he gained over a decade of experience in audit and domestic/international bond underwriting at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP, Northeast Securities Co., Ltd., China Securities Co., Ltd., Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited, and Huatai Securities (Hong Kong) Limited.

Mr. Fang specializes in capital markets, financial markets, and corporate business, with deep practical expertise in bond underwriting. He has participated as an underwriter in domestic bond issuances totaling hundreds of billions of RMB, covering multiple product types across both exchange and interbank markets. Additionally, he has led over $10 billion in offshore bond underwriting projects as global coordinator, demonstrating comprehensive cross-market and multi-currency execution capabilities.

Mr. Fang is well-versed in domestic and international bond issuance regulatory frameworks and operational procedures. He provides clients with end-to-end professional services spanning project structuring, compliance review, and issuance pricing. He demonstrates exceptional project organization and execution capabilities, particularly in cross-border financing and complex debt instruments.
