Wenqi Zhao has more than ten years of experience in private equity and venture capital with domestic and overseas listing structures. She advised many well-known private equity funds, listed companies, large enterprises and other institutions in their domestic and overseas equity investments, debt investments, mezzanine investments with transaction structure, legal due diligence, transaction documents, business negotiations, dispute resolution and other legal matters. She represented Tencent, Sequoia China, JD, CICC Capital, Qiming Venture Capital, Matrix Partners China, CCT Fund, BioTrack Capital, Genesis Capital, Sherpa Healthcare Partners, Blue Lake Capital, Genilink Capital, Whales Capital and other funds in their equity investments and represented Pinduoduo, Ximalaya, So-Young, Netvios, For-U Truck, Xuanyu Tech, Xmirror and other start-ups with their equity financing.
Ms. Zhao advised multinational enterprises in market access, structure construction, entity establishment, and corporate compliance in the PRC, and provided legal services in the areas of employee incentive plan, intellectual property protection and other general corporate matters for bio-medical, manufacturing and technology enterprises in the PRC.
