•   Participated in the disposal of assets between a large state-owned financial enterprise and the controlling shareholder of a listed company with an amount of approximately RMB 4 billion, including initiation of legal proceedings on behalf of such enterprise and participation in bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring proceedings
•   Participated in the agency of a subsidiary of Huarong in No. 4 Intermediate People's Court in connection with the financial loan contract dispute case between Huarong subsidiary and a certain company, the subject matter of which is approximately 1.1 billion
•   Participated in the agency of Huarong Capital and initiated the first-instance legal proceedings before No. 4 Intermediate People's Court in connection with the financial loan contract dispute case between Huarong Capital and a certain company, the subject matter of which is approximately 800 million
•   Participated in the first-instance legal proceedings before Shanghai Financial Court in connection with the dispute case involving the trust beneficial right transfer contract between XX company and a trust company, the subject matter of which is approximately 500 million
