Lawyers from Chance Bridge Law Firm Listed in Beijing Lawyers Association's Foreign-Related Legal Talent Pool

Recently, the Beijing Lawyers Association released the List of Foreign-Related Legal Talent Pool of the Beijing Lawyers Association,featuring two lawyers from Chance Bridge: Xiaoran Song, Partner in the Corporate Practice Department, and Shuyang Gao, Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department. Additionally, Fang Song, Partner in the Intellectual Property Department, Ning Li, Senior Associate in the International Trade and Compliance Department, and Xinyun Pan, Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department were listed as reserve talents for the Foreign-Related Legal Talent Pool.


Ms. XiaoranSong is a partner in the Corporate Practice Department of Chance Bridge. Her practice areas focus on equity investment and financing, listing and restructuring, cybersecurity and data protection, corporate compliance, etc. Ms. Song has a 20-year history in the internet, e-commerce, media and high- tech (TMT) industries. She has served as the chief legal officer, legal director and legal counsel for many large well-known companies in the TMT industry, and has extensive experience in the areas of corporate private equity financing, equity investment, listing and restructuring, corporate governance, cybersecurity and data protection, corporate compliance, contract management, intellectual property and dispute resolution.

Ms. Shuyang Gao specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration and specializes in litigation and arbitration cases involving finance, equity interest and real estate. She has advised China Minsheng Bank, XIAMEN INTERNATIONAL BANK, COFCO CORPORATION, Ping An Trust, COFCO Trust, Huarong Capital, China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited, Dayue City Holdings, POWERCHINA Real Estate Group Ltd. and Golden Resources, and resolved disputes for clients before the Supreme People's Court and various higher people's courts, in addition to CIETAC and Beijing Arbitration Commission.

 

Ms. Fang Song possesses exceptional professional capabilities and extensive practical experience in the fields of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, data privacy, trade secrets, e-commerce, design patents, and online contract disputes. She represented global leading enterprises such as Apple, Ralph Lauren, Cisco, TSMC, Corning, and Kohler in handling thousands of intellectual property cases, achieving a high proportion of favorable outcomes, settlements, or actively securing positive solutions. The cases were characterized by their complexity, high confrontation, large scale, and protracted duration, with many lasting over five years and entering into retrial and counter-retrial stages. Some of the cases represented have been selected as "Top Ten Typical Cases of the Year" and "Top Ten Excellent Cases of the Year".

 

Ms. Ning Li currently works in the international trade and compliance team. In the field of trade remedies, Ms Ning Li has represented the Chinese Government and Industry Associations and Chinese enterprises in anti-dumping and countervailing investigations initiated by the European Union, the United States, Brazil, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, India, Saudi Arabia and other countries, involving industries such as new energy, iron and steel, pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, agricultural products, textiles, etc. In the field of trade compliance, she has also provided legal advice to many Chinese enterprises on matters related to overseas investment and international trade.
